And wouldn’t you know, she soon became a manager, leading a team of high performers, just as we knew she was capable of doing.

From there, I naturally became the person people turned to when they were unsure about their next step. Over fifteen years of mentoring later, one thing has stayed true: my team and I are good at breaking complex situations into simple, actionable steps.

We offer career coaching for students, and professionals because we’ve spent over a decade navigating our own neurodivergence, both in college and in the workplace. That experience taught us how to build systems that hold up in real life, even when traditional paths don’t fit.

I’m Alejandra, and I built My Fiero Moment because I know what it feels like to sit in the in-between. Capable, ambitious, and still searching for a path that made sense for how you envision your life and according to your puspose.
I spent over a decade building a career, asking hard questions, and learning what it really means to create a life and career that feel aligned. I've built a ten-year career in financial services, with experience in sales and internal audit, and I'm a Certified Internal Audit Practinioner through the IIA. But the experience that matters most t me is not on paper. It's the 15 years I've spent as the person people turn to when they feel stuck, uncertain, or unsure of what comes next.
